Please be informed that due to the nature of photography, lightings and/or colour calibration, the shade of the product(s) may not be similar as shown.
Whilst every possible efforts are made by supplier and our own Quality Control team to ensure that you receive the sneaker the way it is, there may be instances whereby minor anomalies are observed. (excess stitching, glue marks etc.)
Please note that some of the products are backorder items. Your backorder items will ship as soon as they become available.
By purchasing, you are deemed to have agreed to all aforementioned terms.
Should customer be unsatisfied with the shoe they receive, they could email or whatsapp us and request for a exchange or refund.
Store credits will be issued once we receive the shoe.
Store credits will expire within 6 months from the date of issue.
1. Products must be unworn, in the condition received and in the original boxing and/or packaging which must be unmarked and also in its original condition with all product tags attached.
2. Customers shall bear the cost of shipping back to HypeHeistCo's choice of address.
3. Store credits will be issued once product(s) are verified to have met the conditions of 1.
4. HypeHeistCo and its liasing factories reserves the rights to decline, withhold and void any/all refund(s) that do not meet our guidelines.
5. Returns must be returned within 15 days of the ship date received.
